We do standard and custom interior painting. Residential and commercial are welcome to fresh new coat of paint. We use good quality paint such as Benjamin Moore, Muralo, and Fine paints of Europe. Basic procedure are as follows: Standard procedure for fine interior painting work. Necessary masking and furniture coverage. Inspection over walls, ceilings, and moldings for imperfections. Wall repair and patching over cracks, depressions, peelings, holes and other surface faults. Various steps for proper wall repair includes the necessary scraping, sanding, and openning over damaged surfaces. Followed by underbody primers and up to 3 coats of plaster/compound. Minor sanding with one coat of primer and 2 coats of finish paint. The choice of flat, eggeshell, semi gloss, and other sheens where applicable.
During appointment, after inspection of the rooms. A thorough discussion of the steps to assure good work will be discussed. A prewritten proposal will include the basic detail, pricing, and duration of work.
